Our client a leading M&E maintenance contractor specialising in the blue chip & financial services sectors, require a sound Maintenance Contracts Manager to run a high profile lawyers offices in the City of London, must have previous managerial experience of running a similar premise, with a keen attention to detail ensuring that the customers expectations are met & exceeded.
You will be technically qualified in ideally an electrical discipline with an understanding of the planned maintenance regime required to cover heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical distribution, building management systems and all related ancillary plant.
You will be running a five man maintenance team supported by one administrator, and alongside the technical aspects of the role you will also have some involvement in the contracts budget.
